A gap between a gate that had just installed and the old fencing had to be filled but posts could not be fixed into the ground due to a HV cable buried below the ground.

I was asked to fill the gap with chainlink fencing and to do this I constructed all the posts onsite using a base plate, lintel bars and welded all the required lugs from materials we had in the yard.  I fixed to the concrete using through bolts and welded the end post on to the existing post and installed the barbed wire to finish.

The client was happy by all accounts.  A fair amount of my day was used up in this area but the end result was good so it was worth it.
